Statement
It is the policy of Westcott and Son Construction to provide construction services which consistently satisfy the spoken and unspoken needs of all clients and deliver on time and on budget to achieve a sense of trust between the two parties.

In pursuing this policy, Westcott and Son Construction believe value can be added when the Customer and Company work together, creating suitable solutions to difficult problems and feedback received is addressed immediately. Westcott and Son Construction is dedicated to fulfilling all commitments it makes to its interested parties.

All opportunities and threats will be explored, and actions taken to enable Westcott and Son Construction to deliver its processes effectively. Evaluation against the set objectives will enable continual improvements in quality and efficiency.

Best Practice
We actively promote to our employees to use tried, tested and highly successful methods of construction to ensure best quality, whilst continually updating our knowledge and skill with up to date training. Our method of self review stems from customer feedback which is monitored through our snagging process, regular meetings and questionnaire.

Certified products
To ensure quality output we actively source suppliers of whom are quality certified.

Complaints Procedure
At Westcott and Son we endeavour to give the best possible service, however if our customer has any issue whatsoever we would like to opportunity to resolve this. Our complaints procedure is effective and in place to help us to action an immediate response.
